Testosterone is a sex hormone that plays important roles in the body. In men, it's thought to regulate sex drive (libido), bone mass, fat distribution, muscle mass and strength, and the production of red blood cells and sperm. The best way to improve testosterone levels is by adopting lifestyle changes that will be great habits that can improve overall health and well-being. Adding up all the oxidative damage caused by alcohol, drugs, fried foods, processed foods, artificial sweeteners, prescription medications, & our everyday environment is a recipe for low testosterone production. Here are my ways and experience that I improved & continuing to improve on my well-being.
1) Meditation, getting your mental together, understanding there will always be a process, understanding who you truly are, you are the purpose. Where there is always a high, there is always a low. Where there is left, there is right. You are the purpose & the remedies are always available to you.
2) Making sleep a priority may help maintain testosterone levels. People should aim to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours each night. Especially when you have alot going on in your life.
3) Reduce Stress get rid of doubt & let go of negative energy.
4) Maintaining a healthy lifestyle in general that I will explain more. My eating lifestyle is strictly whole foods and I try my best to purchase organic fruits, herbs, & vegetables. I do not eat any meat, I will once in a while eat vegan meat products it all depends on what the product contains, also try your best to stay away from soy & I do not eat process foods. If you can do your best to stay away from canned or plastic-packaged foods. Avoid alcohol & drugs. Eating a healthful and nutritious can keep all hormones levels in the body balanced and promote optimal long-term health.
